I received a product with a broken or missing safety seal. Can I get a refund or replacement?

Absolutely! Though I make an extensive effort to ensure all my products are sealed properly, slip-ups can happen. Email me at and I will walk you through the return/replacement process!

My Tallow & Honey Balm I received has a slightly grainy texture, instead of being smooth. Why is that?

I aim to make all my balms with a consistently smooth texture. This grainy texture appears when the tallow and oils are not cooled down fast enough when they are initially mixed, or can occur during shipping and the product partially melts and rehardens. I typically won't sell these balms at full price. Rest assured, your balm is still fully effective, and once applied, it will still absorb quickly and moisturize as intended -- However, if this is an issue for you, please email me and I will replace it for free.

Can I return a product that I have opened and used?

Due to the nature of our products, I am not able to accept returns on opened and used products. Any returned products, unless if they missing the safety seal, must be returned unopened and unused, within 30 days of purchase. See the full return policy here.

Where are your products made?

All of my products are handmade in my own residence, in the state of Wisconsin, USA and shipped straight to your door.

Why are your products more expensive than commercial products?

This is simply due to the fact that I use high quality, non-toxic ingredients, as well as non-toxic packaging. These ingredients and supplies are naturally more expensive. All large "wellness" product companies cut corners and quality to produce as much product as cheaply as possible. Most of my products will last a single person several months, so you're getting your money's worth!
