Return and Refund Policy

When I started The Sun Naturalion Company, one of my goals is to commit to ensuring your satisfaction with my products and customer service. Please take a moment to review the return and refund policies to understand your options.

30-Day Return Window

I will accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of your purchase.Β To be eligible for a return, the plastic safety seal (if applicable) must be intact,Β unless the product is defective when opened.Β 

If you wish to make a return, DO NOT BREAK THE SAFETY SEAL -- Breaking the seal will void your eligibility for a return. Exceptions to this policy can apply, depending on the individual circumstances.

If the safety seal arrives broken, or the product appears defective or is otherwise in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify me immediately by emailing me and attaching an image of the affected product. Email at info@sun-naturalion.comΒ for all return requests and inquiries. You will be guided through the return process and provided with further instructions.

    Free Returns

    On all returned items in the US, no restocking fees will be charged. It's up to my discretion whether or not to require the item be returned back to me.

    • Canadian Returns -Β Unwanted/unused items do not need to be returned, due to uneconomical shipping costs. A refund will be issued after a photo-inspection, confirming the item's unused condition.

    Heat Sensitivity

    Please note that certain products, such as any of the Tallow & Honey Balms, can be affected by high temperatures during shipping, especially in the summer months. Though unlikely, high temperatures can cause some ingredients to separate. If you receive a product affected by high temperatures, please contact me. Attach an image of the affected product to your email, and I will promptly send you a replacement to ensure your satisfaction!

    Additional Refund/Return Details

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. The refund will be credited to you after I receive and inspect your returned item(s).
    • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
    • Please allow up to 7 business days for me to process your return and issue your refund.
