I am dedicated to delivering my high-quality, all-natural cosmetic products to your doorstep. Please take a moment to review my shipping policy, designed to provide you with a clear understanding of shipping options, rates, and processes. Currently, I ship to the United States and Canada.

Shipping Rates and Options for the United States

  • Free US Economy Shipping (4-8 Business Days): Enjoy free economy shipping on all orders valued over $35, shipped in the United States.
  • Economy Shipping for Orders Under $35: For orders under $35, the economy rate is $5.15.
  • Standard Shipping (3-4 Business Days): Standard shipping rates are determined by the total weight of your order and start at $7.99 for orders under 1 lb.
  • Standard Shipping Rates by Weight
    • Orders under 1 pound: $7.99
    • Orders 1-3 pounds: $9.99
    • Orders 3-5 pounds: $11.99
    • Orders over 5 pounds: $14.99
  • Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days): For those in a hurry, express shipping is available, starting at $34.99. Rates are based on the total order weight and increase as the order weight reaches the next whole pound.
    • I will typically ship orders with express shipping within 1 business day of the date of purchase.
    • Express orders are given priority over economy and standard shipping options. 

Shipping Rates and Options for Canada

  • Free Canadian Standard Shipping (5-10 Business Days): Enjoy free economy shipping on all orders valued over $200 CAD (~$146 USD), shipped internationally to our customers in Canada. Duty fees will still apply and are paid for by the customer.
  • Economy Shipping for Orders Under $200 CAD: For orders under $200 CAD, the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs. Shipping costs will vary based on location and order weight, and are automatically calculated at checkout.
  • When applicable, buyers will cover GST/HST taxes and duty fees: When a duty fee is applicable, the shipping agency will contact the recipient (you), prior to delivery, and set up payment of said duty fee -- this process and any fees are out of my control.

          Order Processing

          • Most orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM). Please keep this in mind when estimating your delivery time.
          • I do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.

          Shipping Address Accuracy

          • Before finalizing your order, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. I cannot provide refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to buyer error.

          Heat-Sensitive Products

          • Please be aware that certain products, such as the Tallow Balm, may be sensitive to high temperatures during shipping, particularly in the summer months. High temperatures can cause some ingredients to separate. If you receive a product affected by high temperatures, please contact me promptly. Attach an image of the affected product to your email, and I will send you a replacement to ensure your satisfaction.
